Shipping policy

Please allow 3-4 days for your order to be processed for shipping.

• We work very hard to get your order to you as soon possible.
• PERSONALIZED (custom) products take 1-2 weeks to create and deliver because they are made to order.

When your item ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Even though your item has shipped, tracking may not show or be updated within the USPS system for up to 24 hours.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please Note CraftyNmore not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit or returned to us due to an incorrect address. If you package is lost/stolen, we recommend contacting USPS directly.
